5. Shipping and Deliveries
Orders are shipped via CTT to Mainland Portugal, Azores, Madeira and Spain.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are shown before the purchase is finalized.
During periods of high demand or for reasons beyond Wyita’s control, delivery times may be delayed.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
According to European and national legislation, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Returns will only be accepted if:
– The product has not been opened or used;
– The packaging is sealed and in perfect condition.
The customer must contact customer support at info@wyita.com to initiate the return process.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method.
