After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery status.
Exchange & Return Policy
At Wyita, your satisfaction is a priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving the order to request a return or exchange of the product(s).
Return conditions:
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its intact packaging.
– Opened, damaged products or those without a security seal will not be accepted for return.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of Wyita’s error or products damaged during transport.
How to proceed:

2. We will respond with instructions for sending the product.
3. After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.
